To view available lots, navigate the tree view of available world regions on the left of every page. From here, you can view all lots available ('All Countries' in the category tree) or make a more focused selection (for example, individual Malaysian states).
Towards the top of every page is a bar with links to other parts of the site.
  • You may navigate to the Home page.
  • Pages of various Information are made available.
  • When you are 'Signed In', a link to the 'My Registration' section becomes available allowing you to track your orders, view or change your personal details or cancel your registration.
  • Your Shopping Basket is where you can view your current selection of items and proceed to confirm your purchase.

Registration

To make a purchase, you need to Register with Palm Tree Philatelics.
Registration is quick and simple! You will be requested to leave your delivery address and a contact email. After Registration, you may sign in at any time to view your orders and check their status (for example, whether payment has been received or the date when your items were posted).
Please be assured that your Registration details are maintained securely and will certainly never be shared with any third party. You can also cancel your Registration at any time in which case your details are removed from our records.

Payment

Payment may be made online by PayPal or by Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft (payable into a UK bank account).

Postage & Packing

Pay single Postage & Packing for the heaviest/largest item, all other items in the same delivery travel for free!
Please check an individual item for details of its cost of Postage & Packing. However, in general for any number of items consisting of off paper sets or singles, the following charges apply:
  • Domestic (UK) Shipping: 80p First Class or £1.52 First Class Recorded Signed For Delivery.
  • International Shipping: £1.15 to Europe and £1.60 Worldwide. Please add £3.50 for 'International Signed For' on top of the cost of standard shipping if required.
Other postal services are available on request.
Please consider Recorded/Special Delivery or International Signed For for items of value or anything sent abroad. We always obtain a Certificate (proof) of Posting from the Royal Mail Post Office and we cannot arrange a refund for any post that has gone astray or lost in transit beyond whatever compensation may be offered by Royal Mail.

Returns

We do hope you will be fully satisfied with your purchase(s). However, all items are sold subject to approval and any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
